Online Sales Terms and Conditions.

Buyers must read and UNDERSTAND ALL terms and conditions before bidding. When you register for the sale, you agree to all terms and conditions for Redding Auction Service and Invaluable.AuctionZip.

1. You as the bidder/buyer are responsible for making your own opinion to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Redding Auction Service makes no representations, certifications or guarantees.
2. Yes, there is a buyer’s premium for all online purchases. (If you’re bidding by clicking a button you will be charged a buyers’ premium). If you are bidding live in house, absentee bidding or phone bidding there is NO BUYERS PREMIUM. Please read Invaluable/AuctionZips terms and conditions on Buyers Premium – They will charge a $10.00 minimum on lots that are sold under $200.00 plus the Buyers Premium. The exact amount will be shown when confirming your bid.
3. All items are sold as is! There are absolutely no refunds!
4. Do not bid if you do not intend to pay for all lots won.
5. Shipping is an additional charge and can take up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS after the date of payment. We do not intend to make money on shipping, nor do we intend to lose money on shipping.
6. TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet. your personal device or any other online auction-related technologies, Redding Auction Service Inc. reserve the right to extend the bidding, reopen the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software, nor Redding Auction Service Inc. shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software, machinery, et. al. to function properly for any reason.
7. Redding Auction Service is not responsible for any typographical errors.
8. The Auctioneer is the sole determinant of who is the successful bidder.
9. We are shipping only to USA addresses – We will approve Non-USA bidders if they have a USA address to ship to.
10. Redding Auction Service Inc will not be held accountable for accuracy of descriptions or originality and authenticity of the items. We take a lot of pride in taking as many photographs as possible of individual lots. Hence, we let our pictures “do the talking”.  So, take your time looking over the pictures of the lots you are interested in.  We highly advise that you inspect the items personally for accuracy, originality, and condition.  If you cannot inspect the items personally, we recommend that you look at our digital catalog found on our website so you can see the detailed photos of the specific lots you are interested in.  You can also call our office at 717-334-6941 and speak to one of our staff so that they can look over the items that you are interested in and discuss any questions or concerns that you may have so that you feel confident in bidding on your chosen item(s).  Note:  We recommend you call the week of the auction, January 12th-16th for condition reports.  Please do not call or message after 5 PM on Friday the 16th for condition reports or questions.  Any messages sent after that time will most likely go unanswered.
